Last season Beaconsfield were the only team that Winchester completed the double against and they made it three wins in a row against their Buckinghamshire opponents with a 2-1 success which represents their fifth away league win of the season. Winchester are currently 13th in the table, but points from their games in hand could potentially propel them into the top six.

A former Winchester player Dan Bradshaw was on the substitutes bench for Beaconsfield and he came on in the second half.
Winchester made four changes to the starting line-up from the match at Merthyr with Luke Cairney replacing Ryan Pryce in goal and Mark Jamison, Danny King and Ollie Balmer replacing Jordan Rose, Pip Nolan and Conor Lynch with Lynch on the substitutes bench.
Before the game a minute's silence was observed in commemorate those killed in two world wars and other conflicts.
Early on Josh Payne has a free kick deflected for a corner, while at the other end a free kick from Jamie Barron hit the cross bar. However Winchester did take the lead in the 10th minute when Ollie Balmer curled a shot from just outside the area which gave goalkeeper Matt Rowley.
During the remainder of the first half Winchester's best efforts were an effort from Balmer that was tipped behind for a corner by Rowley, a lob from Max Smith that over, while it required a challenge just in the nick of time from Joe Morrison to deny Dan Jones. At the other end Zidan Akers forces a save from Cairney,
and Payne and Jacob Gardiner-Smith had efforts that were not far off target, but Winchester led 1-0 at the interval.
Early in the second half Dan Jones has an effort that is only fractionally away from the angle of post and cross bar, while at the other end Joe Morrison has an effort cleared off the line. Beavosfield almost score following a goalmouth scramble, but at the othrr end Dan Jones had another effort narrowly off target.
Jones forces a good save from Rowley, but with 9 minutes to go a penalty was awarded for handball and Payne converted the resulting penalty. However Winchester showed their fighting spirit with captain Jamie Barron scoring a winner in the second minute of added on time to complete another excellent victory on the road. In the second half Trevor Caborn and Warren Bentley respectively replaced Tommy Wright and Dan Jones.
After Tuesday's trip to Hungerford Winchester are at home to Swindon Supermarine on Saturday.
